Julie Johnson Stafford

I majored in biology at Lynchburg College, VA where I enjoyed playing lacrosse, field hockey & basketball. After graduation, I started working at the Naval Medical Research Institute in Bethesda, MD. This is where I met Keith Stafford, a biologist in the Navy, who I have been married to for 44 years. In 1974, we moved to Kearney, Nebraska to start our farming and ranching career and to raise our 3 sons. Now we love traveling, most recently to Bruges, Belgium and Normandy and Paris, France. We also have fun visiting our sons and their families in Mason, Ohio, Kansas City and Kearney, NE.
